MEET YOUR HOST
I am Candy The Creator, a premium business mentor, speaker and the visionary behind ICONICA™ - Australia’s inaugural luxury business gala.
From transitioning out of emergency nursing to building a 7-figure company across 2 years, hosting national tours and multi-day events, impacting 1000’s of women. I have built a movement on one core principle: your business will only ever rise to the standard of your identity.
What began as creating content for other entrepreneurs turned into mentoring women in business to scale beyond six figures and build high-converting personal brands and assets that generate wealth consistently.
Growing up as a dancer I always had a thing for the stage. So it made sense when I discovered my passion for running and attending rooms. I have held 20+ events and spoke on multiple stages. I've travelled internationally studying some of the best rooms for female founders. I loved it, but felt lost in Australia, there was nothing that held strategy, luxury and business in one space, my soul led me to create ICONICA.
My mission is to elevate the environment women build business in and lead the next generation of female founders into iconic wealth, leadership and legacy.

ICONICA is a luxury experience.
We encourage elevated, powerful, polished attire. Think modern royalty. Think red carpet business. Think iconic.
You don’t have to be someone else. But this is the room where you dress as the woman you’re becoming.
There will also be an award for best dressed.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GENERAL ADMISSION AND VIP?
General Admission gives you full access to the event, catered lunch, speakers, and experience.
VIP includes priority front-row seating, private VIP after-party with guest speakers, exclusive ICONCIA merchandise, royalty treatment and elevated perks, photo opportunity with Candy + guest speakers, exclusive BTS extras and a closer proximity to the iconic circle. VIP is for the woman who knows proximity collapses time.
VIP Package is where you get assigned a VIP table with the 5 people you choose. This works out to be a discounted ticket per person.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No. Due to the nature of live events and venue commitments, tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another woman if needed.
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
ICONICA is designed for women who are serious about business. You don’t need to be at six figures. But you do need to be committed. If you’re still deciding whether you want a business, this may not be your first step (but it will catapult you forward). If you’re building one and ready to scale it properly, you’ll be in the right room.
CAN MEN ATTEND?
ICONICA is a women-led, women-focused room but men are welcome to attend. The conversations, activations and positioning are designed specifically for women building powerful personal brands and businesses. However topics of sales, personal branding and business strategy are discussed and applicable for males.

ICONICA is held at QT Gold Coast (7 Staghorn Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217)
The show will start strictly at 9am (yes this is a show). Registration open at 8.15 we strongly recommend you get there early for best seating.
Finish time is around 5pm. VIP after party will follow the event.
If you’re traveling we strongly recommend booking your accommodation at the venue ASAP.
